Nothing like customer service memes to remind you how hilarious and awful people can be. If you've ever worked in a customer service job, you know how you should act when you're on the phone with Spectrum or Con Edison and need assistance. In fact, you can tell within seconds whether the customer on the other line has any idea what it's like to be in your shoes. And yet, you have to smile your way through the pain even though every fiber of your being is fighting the urge to curse out the Karen on the other end who just threatened to ensure that you'd never work a day in your life after this.
